Sea Trek to the Fjords of Arabia
Musandam often termed as ‘The Norway of the Arabian Gulf’ due to the resemblance of its inlets to the Norway’s fjords is a very attractive and full of scenic beauties place in the Arabian Peninsula. The superb Hajar mountain series is characterized by its landscape with its ragged cliffs (with a magnetic look) and with its sharp peaks which are 2000 meters above the sea level and sharply end at the Ru’us Al Jibal dipping unbelievably and unevenly into the sea. The Musandam Peninsula Oman is also famous for the having the natural and mysteriously looking khors (fjords of Arabia) in it that makes you ever greedier to visit them as compared the ‘Khor As-Sham’, the biggest fjord of the Musandam peninsula.
We will anchor at various places including the famous Telegraph Island - where you can swim & snorkel in the clear waters. There is also a great possibility to see the Dolphins at play.
